I received a lot of mail concerning the purchasing a new vehicle after bankruptcy and i was reluctant to use John Figueroa, due to the distance I'd have to travel (1 hr +/-) for the vehicle, but finally took the chance after having to secure our first vehicle with a closer dealer at a high percentage rate. John Figueroa was worth the trip! The first off he didn't beat around the bush when I said I wouldn't not make the trip without knowing my percentage rate and monthly payment range, he told me without hesitation. Second he secured me, what I consider, an extremely low percentage rate for some one who had terrible credit. What really sold me on John was when I first arrived at the dealership, he first sat with me and gave me information and paperwork on how to correct and and make sure my credit report was correct. I don't ever recall a salesmen who ever cared about anything more than just making a sale. Lastly he got me in a great new vehicle which wasn't what I expected to get in! My husband and i declared bankruptcy and were receiving numerous letters from dealers to reestablish our credit. When we received the letter from John Figueroa he did not hide information about himself and that he specialized in bankruptcy rebuilding. We contacted him immediately and before he would even have us come to the location he got information from us and began his magic. When we arrived at the dealership he was there waiting my husband had already given him the specifics of what we were looking for and the trade we would use. John was fabulous he hit the nail on the head he took what my husband said and got the perfect vehicle on first try. We loved that he went over everything with us and knew exactly what we needed to do now that we were discharged. John hid nothing from us and we bought the 2011 Nissan Titan right then of course after the test drive. Everyone at the Newport News Nissan was great the sales manager came in and met with us, since we did take his demo from him, and everyone kept everything in the open and showed us everything and when we finally went to finance we went with the feeling that we had done the right thing and used the right person to get us there. I purchased my 2012 Nissan Altima in July 2012 from John Figueroa. I had just had a discharged bankruptcy and he treated me with total respect. He did not try to put me in something that the dealer wanted me in, he asked me what I was looking for. I was hesitant at first, so I told him I wanted power everything, leather and a sunroof.
